CCRC's Professional Services Department provides services to enable early education and out-of-school-time professionals to increase their skills and the quality of care they provide to children. 

Beginning in July 2011, CCRC is the lead agency for the Region 4 Professional Development Partnership (R4PDP) developing and providing a variety of new training and professional development services for educators and providers in the 60 cities and towns of Region 4.
