CCRC seeks an experienced and motivated Grants Manager to manage and grow its institutional giving activities. Within an agency budget of 1.8 million, the Grants Manager is responsible for generating and managing over $250K in funding from private foundations, government grants, and the United Way. S/He serves on the senior management team, works closely with the Board Development Committee, and reports directly to the Executive Director.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to create compelling funding proposals, develop strong relationships with funders and colleagues, and think strategically about organizational goals and needs. S/He must be an excellent writer, an articulate communicator, detail oriented, skilled at juggling multiple priorities, and able to meet tight deadlines. Minimum requirements are a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years grant writing experience.
